The PulseShield fluid filter element series offers a new generation of cleanliness. Filtration Group Industrial is consolidating its leading position in the fluid filtration market. Most importantly, the filter elements in this series offer consistently high separation efficiency throughout the operating life, despite pressure fluctuations in the fluid system.

PERFECTION – DEVELOPED FURTHER

The highest quality in the field of hydraulic filtration has therefore required the use of Premium Select elements from Filtration Group Industrial for years. This new generation of purity in the PulseShield element series offer up to 3 optimally matched glass fiber layers. This increases the dirt holding capacity of the PulseShield element series up to 30 % compared to conventional filter elements. In addition energy consumption is significantly reduced due to the lower differential pressure.

Likewise, the shrunk-on outer jacket fixes the pleat star tightly to the inner frame. The patented outer jacket thus guarantees a uniformly high separation efficiency over the entire service life of the filter element. In summary, this provides ideal filtration results even when pressure pulsations occur in the fluid system. Constantly changing volume flow are the cause of such pressure pulsations. Thanks to the new generation of purity, fluctuations in separation performance (ß-values) are a thing of the past.
