The new SECOTEC refrigeration dryer TD series

SECOTEC – a series of high-quality KAESER refrigeration dryers in industrial quality will be supplemented by the new TD series from September 2022.

The refrigeration dryers ensure a stable pressure dew point with the highest possible reliability as well as very low life cycle costs. The new series features a space-saving and highly efficient SECOPACK LS latent heat accumulator as well as the SIGMA CONTROL SMART control system with comprehensive system monitoring and optional network connection (TCP).

Like all SECOTEC dryers, the new TD series is 100 % made by KAESER. The units are developed and tested in Coburg and manufactured in the production center in Gera.

All KAESER refrigeration dryers are still eligible for BAFA funding (in conjunction with an eligible compressor). This is because in order for refrigeration dryers to be eligible for funding in Module 1, refrigeration dryers must be meet the following conditions regarding the climate protection in the future:

• Large refrigeration dryers with a filling volume greater than 5 to CO2 equivalent ==> max. GWP value 750 (i.e. e.g. refrigerant R-513A)
• Small refrigeration dryers with a charge less than 5 to CO2 equivalent ==> max. GWP value 1500 (i.e. e.g. refrigerant also R-134a)
