At our customer SAIER Verpackungstechnik in Alpirsbach, a KAESER screw blower assists in emptying incoming tanker trucks and then conveys the plastic granulate via piping systems into silo for temporary storage.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION INCLUDED

The KAESER screw blower makes an active contribution to environmental and noise protection that should not be underestimated. The new screw blower, which replaces a previously used blower station, has resulted in energy savings of 30 %. This results from a significant reduction in plant pressure with increased delivery volumes. The efficiency of the unloading process for the silo vehicles was also significantly increased by optimizing plant utilization. A time saving of 20 % has already been achieved here.
