High performance and reliability with low power and space requirements- these are the key features of the new CSD and CSDX series.

Not apparent from the outside, the innovation lies inside the speed-controlled screw compressor, or more precisely, in the drive system. KAESER has worked closely with Siemens to develop and install a brand new Sychron reluctance motor. This offers significant efficiency improvements, especially in the partial load range.

INNOVATIVE DRIVE – PURE EFFICIENCY

Reluctance motor and frequency converter are perfectly matched and form the effecitve drive system of the new CSD/CSDX generation. It combines only the best of synchronous and asychronous motors: ideal controllability combined with robustness and ease of service.

The IE4 motors not only ensure that compressed air stations will continue to meet legal requirements in the future. In addition, energy costs of around one percent can also be saved. See for yourself.
