The new AF 122 from Filtration Group Industrial is the perfect solution for coolant filtration.

WITH CONCENTRATION ON THE ESSENTIALS

The AF 122 has been specially developed for use in the cooling lubrication sector. Thanks to its highly efficient segment cleaning, the compact automatic filter is a cleaner par excellence. The simple design and low-maintenance construction are perfectly adapted to the requirements in the cooling lubricant sector.

APPLICATION AREAS

• For fine filtration of upstream of the high pressure pump, for internal mold cooling.
• For off-line filtration during cooling lubricant preparation, to increase the service life of the police filters
• As polishing filters on machine tools, to further increase the cooling lubricant quality after central treatment.
• As protective filters for the nozzles of external tool cooling. (cabins and bedway rinsing).

• 100 µm prefiltration
• 60 l/min flow rate
• 30 µm filtration
• 150 mg/l dirt load
