MAXIMUM PROTECTION THANKS TO 6 LAYERS

The filter element consists of a 6-layer material combination, the core of which is made up of asymmetrically arranged filter layers of inorganic glass fiber papers. The optimum coordination of the individual filter layers achieve a high retention rate and dirt holding capacity, with low pressure drop at the same time.

A DEVELOPMENT TO COPE WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF CONTAMINATIONS

Better filtration through innovation: different filter materials have been specifically matched and further developed by Hengst Filtration. This allows the five most common types of contamination to occur in hydraulic fluid to be bound and removed to guarantee optimum protection.

The 6-layer filter material structure of the PURE POWER filter elements offers tow enormous advantages:

  • Up to 50 % higher dirt holding capacity: the service life is increased and the intervals for an element change are significantly reduced as soon as the filter holds more dirt.
  • 3-layer glass fiber technology guarantees reliable filtration efficiency

Filter elements with PURE POWER can hold up to 50 % more dirt particles, with a comparable retention rate and low differential pressure. As a standard, all filter elements of this series have an electrically conductive fleece, which is responsible for a charge exchange between oil and filter material. This reduces the risk of electrostatic charging and discharging in the filter.
