KAESER compressors for industrial compressed air generation

Whether oil lubricated or oil-free compression, KAESER compressors have the perfect solution for industrial compressed air generation. The models of the CSD/CSDX and CSG series stand for low energy and space consumption thanks to clever technology.

Both series feature first-class energy efficiency classes, thanks to state-of-the-art Sychron reluctance motors and an optimal arrangement of components resulting in minimal pressure losses of the system. This results in low energy costs and a reduction of the CO2 footprint.

The CSG series provides extremely efficient compressed air generation in a footprint that is 19% smaller than the previous series. Models are available in air-cooled or water-cooled variants, optionally with integrated refrigeration dryer or i.Hoch technology, and cover volume flows from 4 to 15 m³/min. Speed-controlled “SFC” versions are available for applications with fluctuating compressed air requirements.

KAESER Compressors is known for its high-quality, durable compressor blocks with the efficient Sigma profile, which are now also integrated into the CSG series. The rotors feature a specially developed PEEK coating that is extremely wear-resistant and double-fired at over 400 degrees Celsius to ensure long-lasting efficiency. This innovative PEEK coating also meets the requirements of the pharmaceutical and food industries, as it is biocompatible, FDA-certified and complies with European standards for food contact materials.

All KAESER rotary screw compressors are characterized by sustainability. They operate extremely economically and are produced in Germany under the strictest quality standards. Thanks to their durability, they can provide reliable service for many decades. Should replacement or exchange ever be necessary, most components or parts are recyclable.
