The Ecopart filter series from Filtration Group Industrial sets new standards in hydraulic filtration. Inspired by the highest levels of performance, this range of new complete filters is an excellent choice for demanding applications. The aim is to make the use of FGI products as easy as possible for the customer. In most cases, the filters will be interchangeable: The interfaces are the same – the performance is even improved by PulseShield technology. With a series of high-pressure filters, FGI will launch this new Ecopart filter series. Further series will follow, the next probably being tank top return filters.

100% INTERCHANGEABILITY WITH THE HYDAC DF SERIES

The Ecopart filter series is characterized by its absolute similarity to the DF series from HYDAC. This compatibility enables seamless integration into existing systems, while no interfaces, parts lists, etc. need to be adjusted. At the same time, they are supplied with the proven FGI quality.

CUSTOMIZED OPTIONS

In order to meet the individual requirements of our customers, we offer the option of Paint the filters as needed. For quantities of 20 or more, we can design these according to the specific wishes of our customers. In addition, we enable further customer-specific features: The nameplate and the filter element can be provided with our customers’ logo, which not only enables visual individualization, but also makes clear classification easier in the company.

VARIOUS SIZES AND FILTER ELEMENTS

The Ecopart series already includes the sizes DF 0330 and DF 0660, and the range is continually being expanded. The filters can be equipped with various filter elements, including PS6, PS10 and PS20. These filter elements are available in a normal version with pressure stability of up to 20 bar differential pressure (DN) and in a high pressure stable version with a differential pressure of up to 210 bar. Of course, with our patented PulseShield technology as standard for maximum performance. This innovative technology ensures efficient function of the Filter elements over the entire service life, which extends service life and optimizes maintenance intervals. PulseShield technology maximizes the performance of our filters and contributes to the cost efficiency of your hydraulic systems.
