Regular maintenance protects your warranty!

Failure to maintain hydraulic systems often leads to malfunctions and premature wear and tear.

Delaying a filter change does not save costs – on the contrary, it increases the risk of breakdowns!

That is why many manufacturers already require that regular checks and maintenance are documented in the maintenance instructions. Without this proof, warranty services are limited. DIN 2434 is a proven guideline for the maintenance and inspection of hydraulic systems.

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOUR COMPANY

• Train your service personnel in cooperation with FILCOM on all filter issues.
• Verwenden Sie stets Original-Herstellerersatzteile
• Document all maintenance measures precisely

CHECK AND PREVENT

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Filterelemente regelmäßig gewartet werden
• Do not clean MIC or PS elements as this can destroy them
• Kontrollieren Sie Ölbehälter und Belüftungsfilter auf einen ordnungsgemäßen Zustand
• If in doubt: take oil samples to check the purity classes.

FILTER CHANGE

• Filter with maintenance indicator: change at least once a year
• Filter without maintenance indicator: change at least twice a year
