The CSG screw compressors from KAESER offer first-class compressed air quality and efficiency, especially for demanding industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, medicine and chemicals. Thanks to oil-free compression and innovative technologies, they are particularly space-saving and efficient: The CSG series requires 19% less floor space than previous models and offers 16% more volume flow with the same performance.

Available in air- and water-cooled versions, with integrated refrigeration dryer or i.HOC for stable pressure dew points down to -30°C, the CSG adapts flexibly to individual requirements. In addition, the PEEK coating of the rotors ensures maximum durability and suitability for use in the food industry.

Equipped with IE5 synchronous reluctance motors, state-of-the-art water jacket cooling and fiber-free pulsation vapors, the CSG achieves maximum energy efficiency with minimal pressure loss. The innovative heat recovery technology reduces the CO2 footprint and saves energy.

The Sigma Control 2 controller ensures reliable operation and integration into higher-level compressed air management systems.
