KAESER Aquamat i.CF: The innovative oil-water separator

With the Aquamat i.CF, KAESER Kompressoren presents a revolutionary solution for condensate treatment. This intelligent technology redefines the oil-water separation process and is available for delivery volumes of up to 90 m³/min. The special thing about it is the integrated control, Aquamat Control, which enables active process control and makes maintenance measures plannable, simple and environmentally friendly.

In the traditional approach, oil-water separation occurs passively using the principle of gravity. The condensate passes through a filter that absorbs the oil. The Aquamat i.CF, on the other hand, works intelligently and actively to ensure the highest level of process and functional reliability.

The new internal control, Aquamat Control, continuously monitors the condensate level in the oil-water separator. When the maximum level is reached, the condensate is guided through the filter cartridges using light bursts of compressed air. This means that the adsorption capacity of the cartridges is optimally used, which ensures reliable and resource-saving operation. Even during demanding operations, the system detects and reports faults immediately.

By determining the remaining service life of the filter cartridges depending on the load, Aquamat Control enables efficient maintenance planning and guides you through the necessary work steps. What is particularly intelligent is that the cartridges are emptied by pressure relief before changing, which enables simple and clean replacement without contact with the condensate.

The Aquamat i.CF also sets new standards when it comes to hygiene, as cartridge changes are carried out dirt-free and without direct contact with the condensate. This protects the environment and the service personnel.

Available in five model variants for compressors with delivery volumes from 8 to 90 m³/min, the Aquamat i.CF offers reliable oil-water separation for various requirements. All models use a uniform cartridge size, which simplifies spare parts inventory and procurement and thus saves time and money. Thanks to the modular design concept, subsequent adjustment of the capacity is also possible without any problems.

Certified and approved by the Institut für Bautechnik Berlin, the Aquamat i.CF guarantees the highest technical and legal safety in accordance with the current state of the art.
