Devices of the ASL series from Filtration Group Industrial are ideally suited for the direct separation of harmful aerosols at the processing machine. This is partly because they are insensitive to coarser particles. They are designed for applications where water-soluble cooling lubricants are used and the oil mist concentration does not exceed 20 mg/m³. Optimal results are achieved by ASL aerosol separators at low raw gas concentrations; for higher requirements, a HEPA filter can be installed downstream.
