Efficiency is guaranteed.
High plant availability is ensured by filters with liquid operating media in machines and plants. Hengst has completely revised its filter materials as part of a holistic filter concept. The increase in dirt-holding capacity compared to previous versions formed the basis of the development focus here. This allows replacement intervals to be extended and costs for labor, materials and disposal to be significantly reduced.
The cyclone effect means that the medium introduced no longer flows directly at the filter element. Instead, it flows in tangentially. The medium moves downwards around the filter element in a helical pattern. This so-called cyclone effect is patented and ensures that heavy dirt particles are transported downwards and the premature blocking of the filter element is prevented. Coarse dirt residues collect at the bottom of the filter bowl under the filter element – depending on the flow velocity.
