Hengst Filtration – with passion for filtration

Hengst Filtration is always in the green with its product portfolio for industrial hydraulics. No matter whether cooling, lubricating or moving. Coarse and fine chips, high temperatures or extreme pressure conditions: In plant automation, high demands are placed on the purity of the operating fluids to ensure the high requirements for precision and productivity in production.

Tank mounting filter / return-line filter

The tank-mounted return filters capture all dirt generated in the system and flushed out of the hydraulic system. In this way, the filters prevent a high-risk dirt circuit developing via the tank and pump. Tank-mounted return flow filters are also used as filling or bypass filters.

Breather filters

In many applications, breather filters perform a central task in the filtration of transmission, lubricating and hydraulic oils by protecting the systems from outside contamination. This is because the ambient air that enters operating fluid containers and tanks through openings usually contains dirt particles or moisture. Both restrict the performance of the sensitive components in the hydraulic system or damage them.

Sensors and measurement technology

Filters can only be used in an economically optimal way if their dirt-holding capacity can be fully utilized. Therefore, all filters should be equipped with a maintenance indicator. Its mechanical or electronic sensors react to changes in the pressure conditions at the filter element. In the case of suction filters, the negative pressure is registered, in the case of pressure filters the differential pressure, and in the case of return filters the dynamic pressure.

A mechanical-optical maintenance indicator is included as standard. The electronic switching element is optionally available as an accessory and is compatible with all mechanical-optical maintenance indicators.

Öl-Emulsionsnebelabscheider
