Small and medium-sized craft businesses often only rarely require the maximum air volume of the compressed air system and therefore have KAESER brand piston compressors in use. Due to their structural characteristics, the units are used for intermittent operation, which requires an appropriately designed pressure vessel volume.

THE ALL-IN-ONE COMPRESSED AIR STATION

With the i.Comp 8/9 TOWER T, KAESER presents a highly efficient complete solution that integrates a piston compressor and compressed air treatment with refrigeration dryer and optional filters in a robust housing. This fully-fledged compressed air station is based on two compressed air tanks, each with a capacity of 40 liters.

The funding for KAESER EUROCOMP workshop compressors ends on December 31st, 2023!

According to the current status, the KAESER EPC series piston compressors are only eligible for funding until December 31, 2023. In addition, there will probably no longer be any funding for these systems.

PROFESSIONALS WITH ENDURANCE AND PRESSURE

Industrial companies primarily meet their compressed air requirements using screw compressors. Intermeshing, helical rotors generate the compressed air in KAESER brand screw compressors. They are also known as screw compressors. They are used wherever constant pressure is required. The units are very space-saving and score points for their small design and low mass. The screw compressors supply constantly flowing compressed air and are low-noise.

INNOVATION EFFICIENCY

The new  KAESER CSD/CSDX series screw compressors offer even greater efficiency. The units are equipped with a synchronous reluctance motor from Siemens.

Innovative and not visible from the outside is the drive system inside the speed-controlled screw compressor. Improvements in efficiency, especially in the partial load range, are achieved by the newly developed motor. Reluctance motor and frequency converter provide the effective drive system, which is perfectly matched to each other. A clear pairing of advantages: Robustness, ease of service and excellent controllability.

HEAVY DUTY FILTER FOR CSD-FSD SERIES

In order to ensure that the filter element has a long service life even under demanding conditions, such as in dusty environments in cement plants, paper mills or mining, KAESER compressors offers a configurable “heavy-duty filter” option for the KAESER screw compressor series CSD to FSD at.

• As standard, every KAESER screw compressor is equipped with an air filter that cleans the intake air.
• For environments with extremely polluted air, KAESER offers the option of replacing the standard filter with a heavy-duty filter.
• The intake air is cleaned in two steps: First, heavy dust particles are removed by centrifugal separation in stage 1, in which the intake air flows in tangentially. In stage 2, finer dust particles are removed by the actual air filter element.
• The heavy-duty filter offers the same high degree of separation as the standard air filter, but with a higher absorption capacity.
• This means that KAESER Kompressoren SE guarantees a long service life of at least 3,000 hours up to a year.
• Retrofit kits will also be available later for CSD & CSDX.

AT THE FOREFRONT OF PURITY AND EFFICIENCY

High compressed air quality is required in the pharmaceutical, food, medical or chemical industries. With the oil-free compressing  KAESER screw compressors of the CSG series, the requirements for compressed air can be achieved without any problems. The new series scores with efficiency and compactness.

The new oil-free compressing KAESER CSG series is equipped with a compressor block with optimized Sigma profile and an innovative jacket cooling of the compressor housing. This significantly improves the efficiency of the unit.

SIMPLY READY FOR CONNECTION

The newly developed vacuum block with KAESER SIGMA PROFILE ensures durability, robustness and low maintenance for KAESER’s screw vacuum pumps. A rough vacuum is generated via a single-stage vacuum. Optimum cooling, sealing of the rotors and lubrication of the bearings is generated by effective cooling fluid injection. KAESER screw vacuum pumps are used for suction, filling and packaging machines, drying, degassing or filtration.
