The customer of KAESER Compresssors has been dedicated to the art of brewing for more than 150 years. Thanks to the help of KAESER compressors, over 1.3 million bottles of beer can be filled daily on one of the largest and most modern bottling lines in the world.
The brewery must be supplied with food-grade compressed air on a daily basis. KAESER compressors are used for this purpose. The compressed air is needed during the entire brewing process: From its use as a conveying medium, to aerating the wort at the start of fermentation, to bottling and kegging. Control air is also needed for the many valves and control devices. The compressed air msut be absolutely clean. This is ensured by dry compressors in combincation with sterile filtration.
